Listed Period Residential Refurbishment

Sensitive and sympathetic restoration of our Clients Grade II Listed Farmhouse. The success of this project is the result of hours of consideration of the finishes that compliment the building and it’s history, together with close collaboration with local Chartered Building Surveyor and Historic Building Consultant, Mr David Ensom, of Hall & Ensom, to create a family home, perfectly suited to modern living. The colour schemes, choice of sanitaryware, joinery and design input of our Clients has given their home a tremendous feeling of warmth, which is a real credit to their vision. The restoration was carried out in two phases and completed over a 10 month period. The Amcrest Team  have thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, with all parties, and are delighted with the end result.
